Though his background in comix, bold lines and bright colour often lead to him being labelled a Pop Artist it is actually a mix of the underground and traditional that informs the art of Jason Atomic.

This classical music loving punk, with his theatrical make-up, masks and costume is a familiar face amongst the street artists and outsiders, punks and geeks from London to Tokyo, Berlin to Milan where he might be found in fetish clubs or flea markets, museums or shrines.

He is known best for his quick life sketches, his clean, fluid lines and bold splattered colours, his cartoony insect tags, his love of dolls, masks, tart cards, voodoo and street fashion. Atomic also writes for a variety of publications including the Illustrated APE & Pimp and is known to perform with the demonic pop group of Johnny Deluxe, Fist Fuck Deluxe.
