Ben Frost is a painter, illustrator and performance artist who currently lives in Sydney, Australia.

Most well known for his ‘collage’ style of post-pop painting, Frost collects and manipulates logos, comic book characters, corporate mascots and found surfaces, fusing them together into irreverent statements on the very environment they came from. Inspired by techniques and concepts from diverse areas such as graffiti, photo-real painting and sign writing, his often large-scale works are complex mash-ups of popular culture that have been, “diced, sliced and warmed over the burning embers of the 20th century”.
